Scott's journey began in Massena, NY, where he actively participated in sports and school activities. After graduating from SUNY Potsdam with a B.A. in Economics, he later became an insurance professional, driven by his passion for helping others.

Being an active member of the local Rotary club, Scott sponsors numerous events in the community, demonstrating his commitment to giving back.
