When it was done they wanted to know if I was satisfied with the repair. The other claim was a windshield replacement on a Polestar, it needed a OEM windshield, not an easy task as it turns out. I tried calling a dealer, nearest one was over 3 hours away. Erica made some calls and found that Safelite could replace the windshield with an OEM and there location was only a half mile away from my home, easy and saved me a long trip.
